Stable growth is synonym to the real estate market.
We primarily focus on real estate projects within the Slovak Republic, though we do not turn down investments from within the entire Europe. We mainly seek smaller retail and logistics projects, which allows us to diversify our portfolio more widely and often achieve higher returns.
The real estate fund is therefore from medium and long-term point of view an effective diversifier of the investment portfolio.
Real estate funds belong to balanced forms of investment that are not subject to frequent intervention by regulators. In other words, their stability is also supported by the surroundings. Thanks to the fact that the real estate fund does not decrease dramatically, even not in case of a period with a low return, it is a favourite choice on the investment market of Slovakia.
